“It’s an apartment for the urban planner.”
This is what one New York City resident has been saying about the Quail Ridge Apartments, an apartment complex in East Harlem that has been designed as a model for future development in Harlem and other parts of the city.
It’s also an apartment that is, at least in part, built in the city’s most famous borough.
For many years, developers have dreamed of developing new developments in the boroughs of Queens and Staten Island.
The developers have always wanted to locate here, so that they could offer new amenities, such as high-end apartments, a museum, restaurants and shopping malls.
But for many years New York was not a particularly desirable place to live, according to a 2014 report by the New York Department of City Planning and Development.
For example, the median household income in Manhattan was only $58,000, according the report.
In the borough of Queens, the figure was $68,000.
And in Staten Island, the number was $79,000 in 2016.
But that changed in 2014, when the Brooklyn Housing Authority decided to add new housing units.
The project was to be called The Quail Residences, a move that attracted a great deal of interest from developers around the country, according a spokesperson for the developer, MCA.
“When MCA opened its doors, there were approximately 20 apartment projects that had been approved, according at least one of those projects,” said David Pomerantz, M.D., director of the Brooklyn Center for Urban Development, an agency in Brooklyn, where the Quay Ridge project is located.
“But by 2014, they decided that the time was right for them to do something new.
And they decided to build this new apartment complex.”

The building itself is called the Quilter Towers, a nod to the borough’s famous Quilters and the neighboring houses, which were originally designed by the architects of the World Trade Center.

(Courtesy of the developers) The Quiltery Towers were designed to be a low-rise residential development, which is to say that it would be built on the top of the existing buildings, rather than on the ground level.
So, for example, they would have apartments on top of existing buildings that were already in use, or they would build directly below existing buildings.
The developer announced the project in December 2014, and it went into construction in April 2015.
According to the developer’s website, the Quiver Towers are “built to the highest standards and to the most stringent standards of design.”
They are designed to include all the amenities that New Yorkers expect, including the highest-quality living and dining, a library, a gym, a sports complex and the most environmentally friendly building possible.
The Quilater Towers’ buildings were designed in such a way that the residents living there will be able to access all of the amenities they need in their lives.
All of the apartments are separated by a “transition zone” that provides access to parking, a laundry, a large indoor pool, a fire pit, a kitchen, a living area, a garage, and the entire structure is covered in an exterior garden.
The apartments have all the necessary amenities for a single person to live in them, the developer said.

This is a “living roof,” a roof designed specifically for a person living in a micro-rooftop.
The units are also built to be very close to the subway station, which can accommodate 1,500 people.

They are located at the edge of a busy part of the borough, near the West Side Highway and Battery Park City.
And it is the only borough in the U.S. that has not yet opened its first micro-lot.
But the Quillter Towers are located near some of the most affordable housing in the neighborhood.
