This week we take a look at the new residents in the area and where to go to stay if you’re looking for a place to stay.
A lot has changed in Oakland Hill.
From the time of the last fire in 2015, the neighborhood has changed drastically.
The area is a ghost town.
The old houses are gone.
There’s been a lot of turnover.
The new owners are working to bring a more hip, contemporary feel to the neighborhood.
They’ve upgraded a few of the houses.
They’re hoping to make the area more accessible and affordable.
They are trying to make sure it’s a place that people can get in without a lot more money.
They are also working to make Oakland Hill a place where you can find an apartment for the same price as you would in the surrounding area.
The neighborhood is still mostly residential.
There are a few commercial buildings in the main area.
The newest development is a two-story condo complex that is being built in the northwest corner of the neighborhood called The Colony.
They plan to open the project later this year.
The apartment building is being called the “new Oakland Hill.”
It’s set to include a two bedroom, two bath apartment.
The apartment is expected to have a rent of $1,000 per month.
They have already started building a walk-in closet.
They want to make it as easy as possible to rent a one bedroom apartment in the new apartment complex.
The project also has plans to open up a smaller apartment building in the corner of The Colony, called The House, with an estimated rent of around $300 per month, and a three bedroom, one bath unit.
They also have plans to add a small parking lot next to the apartments, which is planned to cost $200 per month and be open to renters.
The Colony, located at the intersection of Ashbury and Bay streets, is one of several housing projects being built to create affordable housing in the Oakland Hill neighborhood.
There is also a three-story apartment complex on the corner at the corner and Bay and Ashbury.
The units will be priced at $1.75 million and $1 million, respectively.
There is also the planned two-bedroom, one-bath apartment complex at the end of The Mill on Bay and the Bay Street corner of Ashburton.
The apartments are expected to be $1-1.5 million and will be affordable to families with incomes up to $65,000.
The plans are to expand this project into other neighborhoods as well.
The Colony has a planned apartment building on the block in the East Oakland neighborhood called East Bay.
It will also have a large parking lot on Ashbury Street and an affordable rental apartment building called The Mill.
