The best apartment for the money in Houston is in one of the city’s biggest cities.
The city is known for its vibrant nightlife, high-end cuisine and great museums.
That’s because of the high demand for apartments and how much rent it costs.
Renters are choosing to rent from multiple companies to help offset the high cost of living.
But how do you know if a rental is the best option?
If you don’t want to rent out a room or a unit, you might consider an apartment at a low rent, or a cheaper unit for someone who needs the space.

Renters often charge a flat rate of about $1,200 per month.
The average monthly rent in Houston for a one-bedroom apartment is $1.2, according to Zillow, the largest real estate website.
If you want to be flexible, the rent may be slightly higher.
Zillog claims that for a two-bedroom unit, the monthly rent is $2,300, which is about $800 more than the average Houston rental.
Rentals can also be as high as $3,000 per month, which can be quite affordable.
ZillaRent, a rental search site, has a list of top cities in the U.S. with the best rent for a studio apartment at $1 per square foot.
But you have to check with the agency before you rent a place.
How Much Are the Prices?
You can find the prices of all apartments at the apartments listing agency Zillows.com.
You can check by looking at the price tags on the unit, or by using a comparison tool such as Zilloview, Zilloport or Zillock.
Prices are usually based on an average listing price.
But sometimes they’re not.
Zilleroom, a real estate brokerage firm, has an online calculator that can help you find the cheapest rents in the Houston area.
Renting at a Low Rent If you’re looking for a room, or apartment for less than $800 per month or if you want a room that is about half the size of the average apartment, renting for a half the rent can be a good deal.
The cheapest apartments in the city are usually about $750 to $1 for a single room or $1 to $2 for a double room.
You also don’t have to pay for utilities or maintenance.
Zilledo, a Houston rental site, says that a half a room for two people in an apartment in the Downtown area costs $3.25 per month and the same for a unit in the Riverwalk.
The apartments in Riverwalk range from $600 to $750 per month depending on the size and layout of the space, but the apartments in Downtown range from about $900 to $700 per month with a couple of smaller units.
ZilaRent says that in addition to the utilities and maintenance costs, a half-room for two in an apartments unit costs $5 per month if you rent the unit for two months.
The same applies for the apartment in Downtown, with a half of a room at $8 per month for a total of $13 per month per apartment.
The Rent Is the Most Expensive In the Houston market, the average rent for an apartment is about the same as a two bedroom apartment, according.

ZilleRent has a large selection of apartments in and around Houston, from $3 to $4 per square feet for single rooms and $1 million for double rooms.
Ziltone says that the prices in the area of Houston are about 10 percent less expensive than in Dallas, but that the apartment prices are also lower.
Zillas apartment, for example, in the University District, is about 2,400 square feet.
The price for the one bedroom apartments in Midtown is $4,600 per month; the one and two bedroom apartments are $5 million per month respectively.
You have to do some research, though, as the area can be tough to find apartment space.
